What you will do

• Answer customers over shared Slack, email and tickets, and jump on calls or screen shares for hard cases.
• Reproduce reported problems by reading logs, traces and run history to separate product bugs from config or provider issues.
• Explain how Terraform, OpenTofu and Terragrunt actually execute, and why outputs and run states behave as they do.
• Send clean repros and traces to product engineers, and write customer updates for incidents and migrations.
• Take part in after-hours on-call rotation.

A typical week

• Several open tickets at once, some of them technically messy and urgent.
• Shared Slack threads with customers alongside longer email investigations.
• Live screen shares to walk through a broken deployment.
• Writing up what you learned into internal docs and the knowledge base.

What they look for

• Two to four years in DevOps work such as infrastructure as code, CI/CD and Docker.
• Two to four years with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Hands-on Linux experience and the ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
