Own complex technical issues for enterprise customers, from broken pipelines and deployment failures to connectivity and infrastructure problems, and feed lessons back to product and engineering.
What you will do
- Join occasional customer build engagements, shadowing and co-building with a senior engineer
- Contribute customer-facing tooling and small product fixes, turning case patterns into diagnostics, dashboards or bug fixes
- Lead or take part in customer calls and screen shares, explaining findings to engineers and managers
- Build internal scripts and diagnostic tools to speed up team casework
