AI Solutions Engineer

About the role

A senior individual contributor role turning AI and automation opportunities into deployed, measurable capabilities across accounting, compliance, sales, marketing, HR and finance. The work is hands-on from discovery through coding, deployment and support.

What you will do

• Lead and deliver at least three end-to-end business automations within six months
• Stabilise and improve existing automations so they are reliable and maintainable
• Work with non-technical experts and senior leaders to find high-value opportunities
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
• Track baselines and ROI metrics to show measurable business value

What they look for

• Comfort writing production code and talking with business stakeholders
• Ability to take ambiguous manual processes from discovery to deployment
• Experience with LLM APIs and SDKs, databases and warehouses
• Ownership mindset for existing automations and their infrastructure
