What you will do
- Act as the main technical expert for the drone first responder portfolio across the full customer lifecycle
- Work with public safety agencies, first responders, government bodies and commercial clients to turn operational needs into solutions
- Run demonstrations, technical workshops, proof-of-concept work, flight tests and customer evaluations
- Gather field feedback and customer requirements to inform product roadmaps with product and engineering teams
- Support sales through technical presentations, RFP responses, workshops and proposal work
- Train reseller and integration partners to deploy and operate the solutions
