Digital Delivery Manager

About the role

The role keeps product changes planned, delivered and running on schedule, on budget and to high quality. It mixes hands-on work inside a product team with governance of IT delivery across an alliance of airlines.

What you will do

• Work with the product owner to turn roadmaps into realistic delivery plans with clear milestones
• Support the product team day to day, run agile ceremonies, clear blockers and manage capacity
• Coordinate vendors and third party providers so service levels, quality and milestones are met
• Spot technical, delivery and operational risks and put mitigation plans in place
• Report progress, budget, risks and adoption to leadership committees and member airlines

What they look for

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, business engineering or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in IT services for the airline or aviation industry
• Strong grasp of airline IT systems, customer journeys, departure control systems and industry data and baggage standards
• Excellent communication and organising skills across multicultural stakeholder groups
• Knowledge of agile and project delivery methods
