Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Serve as the in-house performance marketing engine for a go-to-market team, running paid media, SEO, demand programs and conversion work with accountability to pipeline.

What you will do

• Own Google Ads and LinkedIn end to end, including structure, budgets, bids, audiences and creative testing
• Build the organic search program from scratch, covering technical setup, on-page work and keyword strategy
• Run top-of-funnel programs such as search and social capture, syndication, retargeting and paid ABM support
• Manage landing pages, A/B tests, form and funnel optimization and chatbot routing
• Own tracking and reporting, including UTM discipline, Salesforce campaign hygiene and pipeline by channel
• Report digital contribution to pipeline by vertical in sales terms

What they look for

• Hands-on experience in ad platforms, CMS and analytics
• Ability to tie every program to net new customers, retention or expansion
• Comfort working directly in platforms without vendor intermediaries
• Habit of using AI tools to work faster
• Skill at cutting underperforming spend, including programs you built
