What you will do

  • Own machinery and equipment collateral valuations, lease residual setting and deal pricing with Credit and Sales
  • Write and run collateral policies, including return and maintenance terms and landlord waivers
  • Lead the asset management team through lease returns, buyouts, payoffs and end-of-lease fair market value
  • Build a reseller and appraiser network to value and liquidate equipment
  • Run quarterly and annual collateral reviews, including true lease residual impairment testing
