What you will do
- Run several assessment and capital planning projects at once, with work plans, schedules, budgets and staffing
- Act as the main client contact, running kickoff meetings, workshops and executive presentations
- Track progress against contracts, manage financial performance and handle change management
- Direct assessments of buildings, infrastructure and site assets, and oversee data collection standards
- Review facility condition indices, renewal forecasts and capital improvement recommendations
- Guide data validation and integration into capital planning platforms and funding scenario analyses
