Director, Client Success, Perioperative

About the role

Lead a team of client success partners and own the strategic health of a perioperative and patient care coordination client portfolio. The role shapes solutions with product, engineering and sales teams to deliver measurable value for hospitals.

What you will do

• Lead, coach and grow a team of client success partners focused on proactive account management
• Track team results against metrics such as client health scores, satisfaction, renewals and expansion
• Handle escalated client problems and guide the team to resolution while keeping executive ties
• Own the strategic success of the perioperative and care coordination portfolio, including contractual guarantees
• Build account plans that secure high value outcomes and maximize return on the platform
• Hold internal teams and client stakeholders accountable for success plans and platform adoption
