About the role

This role heads a worldwide function that links reusable product representations with automated, modular content production. It turns business priorities into roadmaps, governance and measurable delivery.

What you will do

Run the combined service line, setting operating plans, roadmaps and measurable outcomes
Own the operating model, governance, service catalogue, standards and decision rights
Lead delivery and improvement of the service portfolio, including content automation workflows
Guide the shift from managed services to scalable self-service and hybrid models
Set performance measures and hold internal teams and external partners to service levels

Track record translating business priorities into roadmaps and operating models
Background in content automation, product data and connected platforms
Skill at managing partner and commercial relationships with procurement, finance and legal
