What you will do
- Set and carry out a CRM and retention plan for Brazil that matches commercial goals and growth targets
- Own daily retention operations covering onboarding, activation, engagement, loyalty, churn prevention and reactivation
- Lead and develop CRM and retention teams, setting objectives, performance standards and processes
- Run multichannel campaigns across email, SMS, push, in-app messaging and other channels
- Build player segmentation and personalisation based on behaviour, preferences, value and lifecycle stage
- Oversee loyalty schemes, promotions, bonuses and incentives while balancing engagement with profitability
