Senior Risk Program Manager, Fraud and Disputes Enablement

About the role

A generalist program management role focused on building risk programs from scratch. The person leads bank charter readiness across fraud, disputes and risk user experience, and runs performance reviews and goal tracking.

What you will do

• Turn regulatory expectations from chartered banking into sequenced plans owned by the right teams
• Build charter readiness programs from scratch, defining scope, milestones, dependencies and risks for executives
• Keep teams audit ready daily with current procedures, traceable decisions and defensible evidence
• Coordinate answers to regulator, auditor and partner bank questions alongside compliance, legal and operations
• Own the cadence and content of operational quality and monthly reviews, from data pull to follow up actions
• Define and track operational health measures and team goals so leaders see what is on track and at risk

• Banking experience and knowledge of how a regulated institution operates
• Direct work with regulators, examiners, auditors or sponsor banks, such as exam preparation or findings remediation
