Marketing Specialist

About the role

A marketing role focused on running campaigns, generating leads and growing the customer base. The specialist measures results and supports long term organisational growth.

What you will do

• Study market trends, pricing, demographics and rival offerings to shape marketing plans
• Work with sales colleagues on partnership initiatives and rollout of strategic plans
• Run brand promotion programmes from start to finish and track how well they perform
• Use data to judge campaign results, draw conclusions and adjust as needed
• Check creative materials regularly so they follow brand rules
• Report plans, campaign outcomes and suggestions to senior leaders

What they look for

• Degree in marketing, business administration or similar, or equivalent practical experience
• Five years of relevant work with a bachelor's degree, or three years plus a master's, or a doctorate with none
• Skills in market strategy, lead generation, campaign management and brand strategy
• Experience with outside sales, KPI tracking, digital marketing tools and market research
• Project management ability and knowledge of the insurance sector

Nice to have

• Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) credential is preferred
