Senior Paid Media Manager, Search and Social

About the role

A senior performance marketing role in a flat, technical agency, owning paid search and paid social strategy and hands on execution for a select group of high touch client accounts.

What you will do

• Develop and run multi channel paid media strategies tied to client business goals
• Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms
• Decide budget allocation across channels based on performance and objectives
• Analyse results and optimise for ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA and conversion volume
• Build and launch campaigns directly inside advertising platforms and troubleshoot issues
• Report on performance and advise clients directly, turning data into clear recommendations

What they look for

• Strong hands on experience with Google Ads and paid search plus Meta Ads and paid social
• Experience building and executing multi channel paid media strategies
• Proven ability to allocate budgets across several paid channels
• Current or recent hands on work inside ad platforms, not only managing people or agencies
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI

USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year
