Director, Enterprise Sales

About the role

A field sales leadership role managing a district team of account executives to hit targets, grow existing accounts and win new ones. The director sets strategy, coaches the team and works with marketing and product groups.

What you will do

• Build and execute a strategic sales plan to reach targets and grow revenue
• Lead and coach a team of field account executives
• Pursue new business and expand the customer base using market insight
• Maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders
• Oversee sales budgeting and forecasting
• Track performance metrics and work with marketing and product teams
