What you will do

  • Set the Medicare access strategy for sequencing and genetic testing products.
  • Build plans around NCDs, LCDs, MolDx, MAC engagement, CLFS pricing and CPT/PLA coding.
  • Track CMS rulemaking and federal payment policy changes as they develop.
  • Work with Government Affairs on federal advocacy and policy efforts.
  • Team up with Medical Affairs and HEOR to shape the evidence behind coverage asks.
  • Speak for the company to CMS, Medicare contractors and industry groups.

  • Bachelor's degree, with a graduate degree such as MPH, MHA, PharmD, PhD, JD or MBA preferred.
  • Track record leading Medicare coverage and reimbursement work for sequencing, molecular diagnostics or precision medicine.

  • Past success shifting Medicare coverage, coding, pricing or reimbursement policy.
