Web & CRM Marketing Manager (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

About the role

A fixed term role owning web, email and CRM channels to support player acquisition and engagement. The manager works with brand, community, creative and performance teams on integrated campaigns.

What you will do

• Lead web planning and execution, managing the CMS and UX optimisation
• Own email marketing strategy, campaign planning, creative, segmentation and reporting
• Manage and optimise CRM workflows for player lifecycle engagement and retention
• Define and deliver digital campaigns across owned channels within budgets
• Partner with the performance team to share learnings and optimise campaigns
• Ensure database, tracking and CRM activity meets privacy regulations

What they look for

• Hands-on web experience leading campaigns and managing a CMS and analytics
• Extensive email marketing and segmentation experience, preferably with HubSpot or Mailchimp
• Strong grasp of CRM principles, systems and customer segmentation
• Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms for web, CMS, CRM and hosting
• Project management skills and ability to handle competing priorities
• Clear communication and stakeholder management across internal and external partners

Nice to have

• GA4, Google Tag Manager, event mapping and digital analytics
• Knowledge of creative best practice for web and email assets
