A field-based commercial sales role focused on growing the company's presence in corporate EV charging. The person owns the full sales cycle and builds partnerships with fleet and lease organisations.
What you will do
- Target and acquire new companies and partners to expand corporate EV charging footprint
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal through negotiation and onboarding
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets and ensure quality partnerships
- Build relationships across fleet and lease organisations from operations to senior decision-makers
- Create tailored go-to-market plans with fleet partners to drive charger adoption and referrals
- Provide pipeline updates, forecasting and market feedback, and collaborate with marketing, product and operations
What they look for
- 5+ years of experience in EV or automotive sales
- Located in Republic of Ireland or Scotland with a full driver's licence
- Proven full-cycle sales success with annual targets of £2m or more
- Experience structuring and negotiating partnership agreements
Nice to have
- Experience with fleet electrification or EV charging
- Exposure to corporate sustainability programs or ESG initiatives
- Event or trade show experience
