The role drives capital equipment sales for a robotics and navigation portfolio across the Northeast territory, working with distributors, surgeons and care facilities to reach commercial targets.
What you will do
- Grow capital sales revenue for navigation and robotics products across the Northeast territory
- Build and carry out territory plans that meet or beat yearly sales targets
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Find new business in hospitals, health systems, surgery centres and surgeon practices
- Negotiate and close capital deals while protecting profitability
- Guide customers through evaluation, purchase, rollout and adoption
What they look for
- Track record of managing complex sales cycles with several stakeholders
- Proven ability to spark and close surgeon interest in new technologies
- Strong skills in presenting, negotiating and building relationships
- Willing to travel extensively across the Northeast territory
Nice to have
- Experience selling surgical robotics, navigation, orthopaedic technology or similar capital equipment
- Experience with distributor sales networks
- Existing contacts in the orthopaedic or hospital market
- Experience supporting product launches and market development
