A revenue-generating sales role drives capital equipment growth for a robotics and navigation portfolio across a Southeast territory. The manager builds territory strategy, manages a pipeline and partners with distributors, surgeons and healthcare facilities.
What you will do
- Drive capital sales revenue for navigation and robotics products across the territory
- Develop and execute territory plans to meet and exceed annual sales goals
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities in hospitals, surgery centers and practices
- Negotiate and close capital sales while protecting profitability
- Guide customers through evaluation, purchasing, implementation and adoption
- Coordinate demonstrations, product evaluations and customer visits

- Proven success managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Southeast territory
Nice to have
- Experience selling surgical robotics, navigation or orthopedic capital equipment
- Experience working with distributor sales networks
- Existing relationships in the orthopedic or hospital marketplace
- Experience supporting product launches and market development
