What you will do

  • Lead, mentor and grow the billing and collections teams, including accounts receivable accountants onshore and offshore
  • Work with sales leaders and account executives so collection efforts and billing disputes get resolved without damaging accounts
  • Partner with deal desk and legal during contract talks and signing, and with revenue accounting through the monthly close
  • Oversee billing across subscriptions, usage-based models and enterprise contracts, keeping to ASC 606 and IFRS 15 and local tax rules
  • Set global collections strategy, analyse delinquent accounts and bad debt trends, and push automated cash application and escalation
