What you will do
- Coach and manage account executives and business development representatives through one to ones, pipeline reviews and deal strategy
- Monitor pipeline health, inspect stages, unblock stalled deals and raise at-risk forecast items early
- Work with the VP of Sales on territories, quotas and compensation plans, turning strategy into weekly priorities
- Onboard and ramp new account executives with pitch practice, call shadowing and deal reviews
- Own sales forecasting, roll up team numbers and present a clean forecast to the VP
