Director, People Analytics

About the role

A leadership role establishing a workforce intelligence function for a growing oncology drug developer, turning scattered people data into trusted analytics that guide HR and business decisions.

What you will do

• Set up and lead the people analytics function, defining its mandate, service model, governance and roadmap
• Create a reliable workforce data base with agreed metrics, definitions, ownership and quality controls across HR systems
• Co-own integrated workforce planning with HR technology, IT, finance, talent acquisition and HR business partners
• Design executive decision products covering capacity, scenarios, hiring visibility, location, organization design and talent
• Prioritize a foundation-first roadmap and recommend investments alongside HR leadership

What they look for

• Experience building or leading a people analytics capability in a high-growth, global setting
• Hands-on leadership balancing near-term decision support with foundational data and process work
• Ability to work across HR, finance and IT boundaries and co-own shared outcomes
• Knowledge of workforce data models, metrics, taxonomies and quality controls
