Content standards, metadata, taxonomy and feedback loops are the core of the work, done with editorial, clinical, engineering and AI teams. Success means clinicians and editors can spend their time on evidence and insight.

What you will do

• Define the content product strategy behind responsible AI-enabled clinical decision support
• Set roadmap priorities so content works for search, retrieval, answer generation and source grounding
• Turn editorial needs and AI-readiness requirements into platform requirements and measurable outcomes
• Build feedback loops that surface content gaps, quality issues and user pain points
• Set requirements for structure, tagging, taxonomy, metadata, traceability and authoring workflows

What they look for

• Ten or more years in product management, content or platform product, editorial strategy, knowledge management, taxonomy or healthcare conte
• A record of setting strategy and leading complex cross-functional work as an individual contributor
• Clear communication with product, editorial, clinical, technical, commercial and executive audiences

Nice to have

• Background in healthcare, clinical, regulatory or professional-information content
• Experience with AI search, question answering, retrieval, knowledge graphs or human-in-the-loop review
