Director, Revenue Enablement

About the role

Drive productivity and readiness for international sales teams, localizing training programs and sales frameworks across the region. You report to the global field enablement lead and help unify the field into one security sales engine.

What you will do

• Plan, localize and run high impact training events to speed seller ramp
• Coach sellers to deliver one clear security message for cloud and AI
• Partner with enablement operations and product marketing on regional learning paths
• Support channel and partner organizations with standardized product knowledge
• Diagnose knowledge and performance gaps in sub regions and design targeted fixes
