About the role

A senior hands-on delivery leader who personally drives high-impact commercial initiatives across revenue, marketing, CRM and growth from definition to measurable results, rather than managing or coordinating others.

What you will do

• Own complex cross-functional commercial initiatives end to end, defining scope, outcomes and success measures
• Translate strategic priorities into executable plans and push them through to measurable impact
• Partner with revenue, marketing, CRM and growth leaders as a commercially credible peer
• Maintain an integrated outcome-focused roadmap and sequence work by commercial impact and feasibility
• Track progress, remove blockers and hold peers accountable for their commitments

What they look for

• Strong business analyst foundations combined with deep commercial judgement
• Prior experience working inside revenue or operational teams
• Understanding of acquisition, retention, CRM strategy, promotional mechanics and player lifecycle
• Confidence to challenge work that does not align with strategy or commercial reality
• Hands-on individual contributor mindset with accountability for outcomes
