Director, Strategic Growth & Business Development

About the role

Lead strategic growth and acquisition efforts for an assigned regional portfolio, sourcing and closing deals while building partnerships with physicians and health systems. The role shapes multi-year market strategies in close cooperation with operational leaders.

What you will do

• Originate and manage a pipeline of acquisition targets including clinics, practice assets and joint ventures
• Lead deals through the full lifecycle from outreach and due diligence to LOI negotiation and closing
• Resolve roadblocks such as regulatory hurdles and valuation issues to close deals on time
• Conduct market scans, whitespace assessments and physician supply and demand analyses
• Track competitor activity and translate findings into growth responses

• Ability to build relationships with nephrologists and health systems
• Skill in market analytics and strategic planning
• Willingness to travel regionally around 30 to 50 percent of the time
