Owns business plans with two named strategic reseller and consultancy partners, building their technical, sales and service capabilities to hit sales targets across regions.

What you will do
- Create and run joint business plans with the two strategic partners, covering quarterly sales and pipeline goals
- Build executive relationships on both sides to grow partner investment in the company's business
- Help partners develop advisory, deployment, integration and managed service offerings around the company's products
- Work with regional partner sales teams on plans that align field teams and lift partner technical and sales skills
- Train partner staff through meetings and workshops on identifying, pitching, demonstrating and implementing the products
- Design marketing campaigns, events and incentive programs, and report return on investment
