- Grow and coach a team of six engineers across several levels
- Re-architect core account and history systems for higher throughput and new product primitives
- Own the internal tools roadmap, including dashboards, UIs and agentic workflows
- Work with product, finance and engineering leaders on a quarterly roadmap and shippable milestones
- Recruit engineers and own quality processes such as SLAs, incident response and on-call
