You will look after existing radiation oncology accounts, understanding their clinical workflow needs and helping them get more from the software, while building lasting relationships and driving renewals.

What you will do
- Manage customer accounts both remotely and on site
- Build and nurture relationships, head off problems and keep the customer experience consistent
- Learn departmental processes, how the products are installed and used, and the roles within each department
- Engage stakeholders at managed sites to boost product use, encourage new processes and spot cross-selling chances
- Work across teams to relay customer needs and make sure follow-up happens on time
- Log feedback and interactions in the CRM and report on upgrades, training, interventions and renewals

- At least five years in customer success management or a similar role, ideally in a clinical setting
- Strong IT skills for business needs, including CRM
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting connections
- Time management and organisation with the ability to multitask
- Proven ability to navigate hospital institutions
- Willingness to travel nationally up to 30 percent
