What you will do
- Advise customers on planning and developing technical solutions for their monitoring needs
- Translate transformer and circuit breaker specifications and diagrams into product specifications
- Develop technical proposals with engineering, product and proposal managers
- Give product and application training to customers and internal teams
- Analyze monitoring equipment results and recommend actions or setting changes

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or technology, or equivalent experience
- Ability to work with customers at all levels, from electricians to executives
- Willingness to travel up to half the time
Nice to have
- Extensive substation and substation equipment experience
- Familiarity with monitoring and diagnostics products from various brands
- Knowledge of transformer and circuit breaker failure modes and diagnostics such as DGA, bushing and partial discharge
- Deep experience with SCADA protocols
