Enterprise Account Director

About the role

You will lead strategic enterprise sales of security products for artificial intelligence, growing revenue and expanding the customer base. The role involves close work with marketing, product and customer success teams.

What you will do

• Create and carry out a strategic sales plan to hit targets and grow the customer base
• Cultivate lasting relationships with senior executives and key decision makers
• Handle complex negotiations and contract talks to secure favorable terms
• Work with internal teams on tailored proposals, presentations and product demonstrations
• Track sales metrics, forecasts and pipeline in CRM tools to inform decisions
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build thought leadership

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, computer science or similar
• At least seven years of successful enterprise sales in cybersecurity or AI technology
• Solid grasp of AI security topics such as machine learning, threat detection and data protection
• Ability to explain complex technical solutions in terms of business value
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with influence at every level
• Self driven, results focused and comfortable in a fast paced entrepreneurial team
