Enterprise Sales Development Representative

About the role

Generate opportunities with large prospective accounts and work alongside enterprise account executives to help close deals. The role focuses on outbound outreach and hitting monthly sales targets.

What you will do

• Build pipeline by prioritizing accounts and running personalized outreach to key prospects
• Work one to one with an enterprise account executive to pick targets and nurture contacts
• Give prospects a high-quality experience at every step of the sales process
• Qualify leads by learning how each prospect approaches hiring
• Research the market to find new potential customers and leads
• Take on extra projects as business needs arise

What they look for

• One or more years as a sales development representative or comparable experience, with a record of professional success
• Experience working enterprise accounts of a thousand employees or more
• Accountability for goals, quota and prospects, with consistent ownership
• Ability to build long-term relationships with prospects
• Integrity, a strong work ethic and good prioritization and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and to act on feedback
