A senior individual contributor leading strategic sales of a diagnostic portfolio within large, complex health systems. The role drives clinical adoption of precision medicine and builds executive relationships.
What you will do
- Own top-down strategy for several high-priority health systems and senior relationships
- Drive clinical adoption of the full diagnostic portfolio across tissue, liquid and hereditary testing
- Build a territory plan to grow market share among health systems and large clinical groups
- Run quarterly steering meetings with executives to align goals and spot risks
- Develop key opinion leader relationships with oncologists, pathologists and surgeons
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and report market intelligence to senior management
What they look for
- A bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
- Eight to ten years of high-level healthcare, diagnostics or pharma sales with oncology experience
- Experience managing complex, long-cycle enterprise sales at C-suite or IDN level
- Expertise in genomic technologies and personalized medicine
- Ability to navigate institutional hierarchies and influence stakeholders
Nice to have
- An advanced degree such as an MBA or MS
