Configure and support Epic applications for a revenue cycle growth team, acting as liaison between IT and business users.
What you will do
- Translate business requirements into configuration and workflow changes
- Carry out routine maintenance and standard build for Epic applications
- Assess Epic vendor software updates and their impact on the business
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and support end users
- Build application tables and reports and update testing scripts
- Guide less experienced colleagues and may lead small projects
What they look for
- Epic certification in Professional Billing with relevant work experience
- At least three years of relevant experience, including Epic builds
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Skill in design, build and testing of Epic applications
- Ability to analyse and prioritise technical requirements using data and diagrams
