You will handle network and firewall work for an IT services provider, covering daily operations and projects, and join shift duties with the operations team.

What you will do
- Design and document network setups for customer and internal projects
- Troubleshoot complex routing, switching and VPN problems, including deep packet analysis
- Bring in basic network automation with tools such as Ansible, Python or Bash
- Work with the SOC team on firewall log analysis and incident mitigation
- Coach new colleagues and take part in shift duties including nights and weekends

- At least five years of relevant professional experience outside education and internships
- Strong hands-on pfSense and OPNsense skills plus IPSec VPNs and BGP or similar dynamic routing
- Knowledge of switches, preferably Dell, and networking on Proxmox
- Solid grasp of IPv4 and IPv6 handling
- Some experience automating networks with Ansible, Python or Bash
- Structured, independent working style with careful documentation, and fluency in English and Spanish
