Support, build and improve Epic Healthy Planet care management and coordination workflows
Configure registries, care plans and patient outreach solutions
Write test plans and handle incidents plus enhancement requests
Own smaller projects or parts of larger ones
Help with the quarterly update process and Epic best practices
