  • Translate customer process needs into product and workflow recommendations for centrifugation, columns, chromatography and TFF systems
  • Design and run application trials, validation work, proof-of-concept studies and customer training, documenting plans and results
  • Investigate technical and product performance issues, analyze customer processes and coordinate fixes with the right people
  • Gather field feedback and competitive intelligence, then share findings that inform portfolio decisions
