Field Service Engineer

About the role

Support recycling equipment at customer sites through installation, maintenance and repair. The role is hands-on and early career, with planned and reactive work across a region.

What you will do

• Install, service and fix reverse vending machines at customer locations
• Assist with setting up, commissioning and rolling out new machines as the UK footprint grows
• Find and fix mechanical and electrical faults through preventive maintenance and reactive repairs
• Build good relationships with customers and site contacts while delivering friendly, professional service
• Travel around the region to support customers, with occasional overnight stays
• Log service activity, machine status and updates accurately in digital systems
