Supplier Capacity Leader, Forgings, Airfoils and Structures

About the role

Drive technical development of forging, airfoil and structures commodities so supplier capacity can ramp up to meet customer demand, working with suppliers and internal teams worldwide.

What you will do

• Lead development milestones and speed up global sourcing for capacity needs
• Review technical documentation with supplier quality engineers and analyze qualification data
• Work with suppliers to map capacity limits across the value stream and remove bottlenecks
• Drive specification reviews across teams to improve producibility
• Manage capacity ramp-up plans and report progress weekly
• Support critical fulfillment demands with key suppliers

What they look for

• Engineering bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• At least ten further years in engineering, supplier quality or supply chain development
• Willingness and ability to travel at least half the time

• Technical expertise in large forging machining and processing

• Interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills

USD 125,000 to 208,300 per year
