Support a US trucking company by sourcing and booking profitable loads for its fleet. Work remotely during US business hours, coordinating drivers and brokers to keep trucks moving.
What you will do
- Negotiate rates with freight brokers and book loads
- Compare rates, mileage and deadhead costs to choose profitable loads
- Plan loads around truck locations, equipment and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with drivers on load details, appointments and routes
- Track active loads, obtain rate confirmations and update the dispatch system
What they look for
- At least two years in US trucking load management or dispatching
- Hands-on experience with DAT Load Board, Truckstop or similar platforms
- Experience evaluating and booking loads for a trucking company
- Familiarity with broker rate negotiation, rate per mile and deadhead miles
- Good communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- Availability during US business hours
