Own the middle-mile linehaul model across all group markets, setting standards for fill rate, transit time and cross-border lane optimization.
What you will do
- Set and standardize the group approach to linehaul management, route design and capacity planning
- Improve parcel flow and fill rate and build dashboards for cost, transit time and service KPIs
- Lead cross-border lane optimization and new lane development
- Own transit-time performance, find root causes and drive corrective plans with markets
What they look for
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, transport engineering, business or a related field
- Five years in a logistics company managing large-scale multi-market transport or network operations
- Three years leading international standardization or systems-implementation projects
- English at C1 level
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI with strong analysis of large data sets
