Full Stack Software Developer

About the role

Build and maintain web applications across the front end, API and data layers, while also sharing in cloud infrastructure and operations work within a small team.

What you will do

• Create and maintain web applications spanning user interface, APIs and data storage
• Add new product features and enhance existing applications
• Connect external services and third party APIs into the product
• Build internal tooling and automation that cuts manual business work
• Join code reviews and help improve engineering standards
• Support AWS environments, deployment pipelines and monitoring, and investigate production problems

What they look for

• Several years of end to end production web application delivery
• Frontend skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a component framework such as React
• Hands on cloud experience, ideally AWS, plus CI/CD and infrastructure as code
• SQL and relational database experience, including REST API integration
• Comfort debugging production systems using logs and metrics, with clear communication

Nice to have

• Scala, Python, Go or Node.js
• Terraform and container orchestration such as ECS, EKS or Kubernetes
• Observability tooling and AI or LLM based application work
• AI assisted development tools and SOC 2 compliance exposure
