Senior/Staff Software Engineer

About the role

Build AI-native tooling that automates mortgage origination for a fully remote company. You will design and launch multi-step AI agents that digitize lending operations.

What you will do

• Integrate third-party lending service APIs for disclosures, automated underwriting and fraud checks
• Build next-generation job processing infrastructure on AWS with strong observability and reliability
• Ship to production from day one and mentor less senior engineers

What they look for

• Seven to twenty-five years of full-stack web development, from design through deployment
• Hands-on AWS and Terraform experience
• A security and SRE mindset with skill in complex relational schema design
• Availability during US hours and eligibility for visa transfers only

Nice to have

• Experience with the AI product development lifecycle, including evals and datasets

Pay

USD 150,000 to 350,000 per year
