Build and maintain scalable software that helps therapy providers, educators and employers deliver care more effectively. The role spans frontend, backend, infrastructure and data work in a cross-functional team.

What you will do
- Lead the creation of reliable and scalable software products
- Build responsive interfaces with React and TypeScript
- Develop and tune fast backend services in C .NET and Node.js
- Provision cloud infrastructure with Terraform across AWS services
- Design complex database schemas and tune queries in MSSQL
- Work with other teams on requirements and project roadmaps

- At least five years of professional software engineering experience
- Fluency in React, TypeScript and Material UI for frontend work
- Strong skills in C .NET backend development
- Practical MSSQL experience including schema design and performance tuning
- Hands-on work with AWS or a comparable cloud provider
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform
Nice to have
- Containerization experience with Docker or Kubernetes
- Knowledge of serverless computing patterns
- Background in unit, integration and end-to-end testing frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD tooling and scripting
