German Speaking Customer Support Agent

About the role

Be the first contact for German-speaking travellers and accommodation partners on a major online travel platform, helping them enjoy smooth trips.

What you will do

• Help customers in German and English over phone, email and messaging
• Assist with accounts, existing bookings, payments and complaints
• Handle requests to cancel or change reservations
• Process refunds and settle customer concerns
• Support accommodation partners with questions about their online accounts
• Manage customer reviews and share information when asked

What they look for

• German at native or C1+ level
• English at B2+ level for training, overflow support, systems and internal communication
• Strong written communication skills
• Good at handling several tasks at once
• Right to work in the EU through citizenship, a valid work permit or a refugee protection certificate

Nice to have

• Background in customer service, call centres or hospitality
