German-Speaking Customer Support Agent

About the role

A remote role helping German-speaking customers with telecom questions, from billing to connectivity, while spotting chances to sell extra services and keep clients loyal.

What you will do

• Take incoming calls and answer emails about mobile and fiber internet services
• Help customers with bills, payments, orders, SIM PIN and PUK codes, roaming and connection problems
• Suggest extra services and contract renewals, and look for upsell chances
• Handle retention calls to cut cancellations and build customer loyalty

What they look for

• German at native level or C1
• English at B2 level for training and internal communication
• Solid communication, problem solving and computer abilities
• Comfort with mobile devices and technical troubleshooting
• Prior customer service, tech support or sales work is highly valued
