What you will do
- Provide support to customers over the phone and by email
- Answer questions about orders, payments and deliveries
- Sort out complaints involving missing parcels, returns, product faults and discount requests
What they look for
- Danish at native level or fluent
- English at C1 level for training and internal communication
- Strong written and spoken communication
- Good computer skills
- No experience needed; retail or e-commerce background is a plus
