A customer support role handling Danish-speaking customers through chat, phone and email. The team is expanding and will train the right person.
What you will do
- Help customers through live chat, phone and email while meeting service level targets
- Represent the brand professionally and with empathy in every interaction
- Investigate complaints, find root causes and resolve product or service issues
- Keep customer records and contact histories accurate under data protection rules
- Report technical issues and market trends to management and help with ad hoc projects
What they look for
- Full professional fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken
- At least one year of customer support experience
- Willingness to work shifts across weekdays and weekends, mornings and evenings
- Adaptable, proactive and keen to grow in a fast-paced setting
Nice to have
- Experience in the gaming or betting industry
- Already living in Malta
