About the role

Owns the global marketplace business end to end, including full profit and loss. Shapes strategy and leads a team across advertising, content and operations.

What you will do

Take full P&L responsibility for the global marketplace business
Shape growth strategy and execution roadmap across all marketplaces
Lead, build and inspire a marketplace team of seven people
Turn annual strategy into quarterly and monthly trading plans around key events
Steer performance by market and category and act on underperformance
Drive demand planning and forecasting together with operations

What they look for

A strong record in advertising and content, or
Ability to work at both strategic and detailed levels
Commercially sharp, results focused and data driven
Understanding of trading calendars and in-stock rates
